Christian Coulson Christian Coulson, who played Tom Riddle as a sixteen year-old Hogwarts schoolboy in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, was born on 3 October 1978 in England. He was a member of the National Youth Music Theatre between 1990 and 1997, and studied English at Clare College, Cambridge.
